Shipping Carriers & Methods

All orders placed through GhostGrid Apparel LLC are shipped via FedEx, USPS, and/or UPS. The selected carrier depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout and the location of the warehouse or supplier fulfilling your order.

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Economy Shipping

Estimated delivery time for both options is up to 8 business days from the date of shipment. Please note: business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Origin

All items are shipped directly from our respective suppliers or partner warehouses. As a print-on-demand and custom product provider, some items may be fulfilled at different locations and arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Delays & Limitations

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, GhostGrid Apparel LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor strikes

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Any other force majeure or circumstances beyond our control

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, delivery responsibility transfers to the respective shipping carrier. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe (as indicated during order confirmation), please contact our support team at:

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. GhostGrid Apparel LLC will not be held liable for items lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Risk of Loss & Title

All items purchased from GhostGrid Apparel LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
