For the best printing results, we recommend uploading:

• Clear, non-pixelated images
• The highest-quality version of your logo or design

Basic print preparation and reasonable quality enhancement may be completed when possible.

Please understand that image enhancement cannot restore detail that does not exist in the original file.

The listed price does not include:

GhostGrid Apparel offers these services separately when needed.

DESIGN SERVICE OPTIONS

Extensive Image Editing – $15
Significant cleanup, color changes, object removal, text changes, and similar alterations.

Advanced Image Reconstruction – $25
Rebuilding poor-quality, blurry, damaged, or complicated artwork.

Custom Design – Standard – $35
Creating a new design from your concept or idea.

Custom Design – Complex – $50
Detailed designs involving multiple images, characters, effects, or advanced layouts.

Design fees apply once per design — not once per sweatshirt.

If several sweatshirts use the same approved design, the applicable design fee is charged only once.

📍 PRINT SIZE & PLACEMENT

Your artwork will be professionally sized and positioned based on the selected print location and garment size.

Because sweatshirt sizes vary, artwork may be proportionally adjusted to provide the best overall appearance.

If you need a specific print size or placement, please include those instructions with your order.

⏱️ PRODUCTION TIME

Our standard turnaround is generally:

Approximately 5 Business Days

Production begins after GhostGrid Apparel has received:

• Your completed order
• Correct size and color selections
• Usable artwork
• Any required customization instructions
• Final artwork approval when applicable

Large orders, artwork requiring additional preparation, or inventory shortages may require additional processing time.

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To help protect your custom DTF print:

• Turn sweatshirt inside out before washing
• Wash with like colors
• Use cool or warm water
• Avoid harsh bleach on the graphic
• Tumble dry on low when possible
• Iron garment inside out using low heat
• Do not iron directly over the printed design

Proper care will help maintain the appearance of both the garment and graphic.

Because every GhostGrid Apparel sweatshirt is produced specifically for your order, custom merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

If GhostGrid Apparel makes a qualifying production mistake or the garment has a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide a reprint or replacement in accordance with our Custom Order, Return & Reprint Policy.
