📋 How to Get Started

After completing your purchase, email your order number and package details to:

Please include your order number, business name, contact information, and any relevant details about your branding vision. Our team will review your submission and be in touch to confirm all details before production begins.

⏱️ Turnaround Time: Production begins after payment is received, all customer information and reference materials are submitted, garment selections are made, and all necessary approvals are completed. Turnaround is approximately 2 weeks from that point. A specific delivery date will not be guaranteed unless confirmed directly by GhostGrid Apparel.

⚠️ Important Terms & Conditions

👕 Garment Sizing

Base package pricing includes garment sizes S through XL. The following additional charges apply for larger sizes:

• 2XL: +$3 per garment
• 3XL: +$5 per garment
• 4XL & 5XL: +$7 per garment

👕 Garment Availability

Package pricing includes standard GhostGrid Apparel garment brands and available colors. Premium garment brands, specialty garments, specialty colors, or specialty materials may require an additional charge.

🎨 Logo Design & Revision Policy

A revision means modifications to the selected logo concept — not the creation of a completely new concept. Logo concept limits and revision limits are based on the package purchased. Additional revisions beyond the package limit are available for an additional design fee.

🖱️ Extensive Design Work

The standard package price does not include unusually complex artwork. Additional charges may apply for:

• Detailed character illustration
• Portrait artwork
• Complex photo manipulation
• Image restoration
• Detailed hand-drawn-style artwork
• Extensive reconstruction of existing artwork
• Highly complex graphic design requests

These services may require purchase of GhostGrid Apparel’s separate Editing or Design Service.

✅ Artwork Approval

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before production. Before approving, customers must verify:

• Spelling, business name, phone numbers, website, email, and social media information
• Garment sizes and colors
• Logo design and artwork placement

Once the customer approves the artwork and production begins, changes may require additional fees.

💳 Payment Policy

All business branding packages must be paid in full before design work begins. Because these products are customized specifically for each customer’s business, customized orders are generally non-refundable once design or production work has started.

🙩 Shipping

Shipping is not included in the package price. Local pickup may be available. Shipping charges are calculated separately based on destination and package size.

⚡ Rush Service

Rush or expedited service is not included in this package. Customers requiring faster production may purchase GhostGrid Apparel’s separate Rush / Expedited Processing service if available.
